Prospective Client Information

Thank you for considering Amy E Mitchell, PLLC for your transactional entertainment law needs. We provide clients with ease of access to our services by automating our booking and client intake review processes so that we use your time wisely and provide you with a meaningful response. Please note that the firm is often on a waitlist for new clients so consultations for prospective clients may not always be available. In those instances, consider whether a one-time Legal Strategy Session would fit your immediate needs.
Booking Procedure
The firm currently offers consultations via phone and Zoom video conferencing. To book a consultation, please use our online scheduling link. We utilize block scheduling for appointments to ensure there is plenty of time available for actually doing the work so, if you don’t see a time that works for you, please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. 
Intake Form
We ask that all prospective clients complete a general intake form. Depending on your legal needs, we may request that you complete a more specific intake form  prior to our consultation. If requested, it is important to have the intake form(s) completed in advance. We use the information provided on the intake form(s) to run a preliminary conflict check and prepare for the consultation, thus  ensuring you get the most out of your consultation.
Legal Representation Agreement
If we mutually determine that we would be a good attorney-client fit, and assuming you clear conflicts with our firm, we will present you with a written legal representation agreement detailing our firm policies and fee structure. You will have fifteen (15) days to review our offer and to make your fee deposit. Once we receive the deposit and signed agreement from you, representation will begin.
For clarity, Amy E. Mitchell, PLLC is a niche law firm and non-entertainment law matters are generally excluded from representation. If you require assistance in other matters such as corporate, tax, immigration, criminal law, employment, tort, litigation, etc., we maintain a broad network of reputable attorneys in other fields that we can recommend.
